Budd Johnson didn't do much recording as a leader, so this French studio date is particularly valuable. He's reunited with Earl Hines, with whom he played during three stints between 1932-1942; they're joined by drummer Panama Francis and bassist Jimmy Leary. Tracks are: Blues for Sale, Gone with the Wind, If You were Mine, Am I Wasting My Time, the Dirty Old Man, Linger Awhile, Mr. Bechet. 180 gram vinyl.
