Vinyl LP pressing. Hollis Brown is a self-defined American Rock 'n' Roll band named after a Bob Dylan song. They released their debut album Ride On The Train in 2013, garnering critical acclaim from Rolling Stone, Paste, and American Songwriter and music placements on MTV, Showtime's 'Shameless' and in the film 'Bad Country'. Following a memorable performance at a Lou Reed tribute concert in NYC the band, recorded a tribute to the Velvet Underground's classic album Loaded as a limited-edition vinyl release for Record Store Day 2014. Hollis Brown Gets Loaded - took on a life of it's own with airplay on stations like KEXP resulting in a full CD & digital release and the band's first AAA/Non-Comm radio campaign. Hollis Brown has toured in the last year with The Zombies, The Heartless Bastards, The Black Crowes' guitarist Rich Robinson, and Punk legend Jesse Malin. 3 Shots features a duet with acclaimed alt-country songstress Nikki Lane, and a unique collaboration with the fabled rock 'n' roll pioneer Bo Diddley, with Hollis Brown building a new composition featuring Bo's unmistakable guitar work.
