12" EP with etched B-side. Multi-colored vinyl. Hey shoegazer fans, this one's for you. 2014 saw both these bands in their prime: Nothing released the prodigious LP "Guilty of Everything," and Whirr released the best of their own career, "Sway." They have much in common, including a guitarist, Nick Bassett-both seemingly share the desire to pound out the thick and the heavy. These songs, however, are them at their sweetest and most relaxed. "Lean" is full of slow tempos; "Ease" more packed with high-speed drum fills and guitar stops. "Chloroform" and "July the Fourth" are grungier. Altogether, this EP will confirm you have the better taste amongst all your friends.
