  • Artist name and/or album title do not need to be in any specific order.
  • Words such as a, and, are, at, be, for, on, or, that, and the are examples of common words and are ignored during our search.

Shipping & Returns uses several different carriers to assure your order arrives as fast as possible based on your choice of shipping options.

  • To guarantee same day shipping, Two-day and Next-day orders must be received before 11:30am EST Monday through Friday. Two-day and Next-day orders are delivered on normal business days. Two-day and Next-day orders placed after 11:30am EST will be received the next business day. Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available with Two-day and Next-day shipping options.


  • Shipping charges may include handling fees and may be weight-based or flat-rate. They may include other service and delivery charges, depending on the shipping method and option selected.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at the time your order is placed.
  • The possible shipping options are Standard, Standard (non-48-state) service, APO/FPO Priority service, Two-Day service, and Next-Day service. Shipping options available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • For military addresses you will need to enter APO or FPO in the City field and select the appropriate state code of "AE", "AA", or "AP". The country will still be United States. Only US Domestic Mail is available to Military addresses.
  • Delivery Confirmation service is not available for APO/FPO destinations and US territories and possessions (except Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands where service is available).

Return Policy

We want to make sure that you and your turntable are happy!

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify our Customer Service department within 30 days and follow the Returns Procedures below for a full refund and/or to request a replacement order.

If you simply changed your mind, please notify our Customer Service department within 30 days and refer to the Returns Procedures below. Please keep in mind that in this case we’ll only accept returns of unopened merchandise in perfect resalable condition. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

Important Information

All returns must be approved by Customer Service. Once validated, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is issued. All returns must display the Return Authorization number on the outside of each box, along with the customer's return address. Returns received at our facility without an authorization will be refused on delivery.

Returns Procedures

Please follow the simple steps below to ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return and credit or re-shipment:

1. Contact Customer Service

You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number. You may email customer service at or call toll free at (844) 45-VINYL (844-458-4695).

  • Please include the following information in your e-mail:

    1. Your order confirmation number
    2. Your name
    3. Your e-mail address
    4. Your phone number
    5. Item UPC# (barcode)
    6. Product Name

  • Fill out the return label (provided on the back of your invoice), including your RA#. Returns cannot be accepted without an RA#.
  • Enclose merchandise and this completed form in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred).
  • Enclose the original packing slip/invoice in the package.
  • Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send to the following address:

  • Checks and money orders are not accepted. However, payment made through PayPal can be done using an eCheck. Use of an eCheck will delay the order to allow the check to clear.

Every item in the store contains either an add to cart, backorder, special order or pre-order button. If we have the product in-stock, we will fill the order right away. Occasionally buttons will change during the checkout process. The checkout process queries the actual inventory and updates quantity available.

Special Orders

Special orders are items that we do not normally stock. We will work to obtain your product as soon as possible. We will hold your special order in our system for 45 days. If we cannot fill the order after that period, we will cancel the special order.


We offer pre-orders for upcoming new releases which allows you to reserve your copy before it is available in stores. When you place a pre-order, your reservation is saved in our system and your order is shipped to reach you on or shortly after the official release date. We may not ship items to arrive prior to an official release date and delivery times vary by carrier.


These are items in our database that are currently unavailable. Although we are not able to fill orders for unavailable product, displaying these titles provides information. Sometimes items may become available, check back later to see if the item has become available.


Items specified as Backorder or Special Order will be held for 45 days in an effort to secure the Item. Pre-orders will be shipped when they arrive in our facility to arrive no earlier than the street date, if the product is available.
